How to use

Renta App is an application that allows you to create and store various information regarding real estate that is rented out.

Sign Up/ Registration

For Sign Up/Registration in the Renta App App, people can use their Google account or Apple ID.

Just click on the button which corresponds to an acceptable method and follow the further instructions that will be shown.

How to Add a New Object

To add a new object, follow a simple algorithm:

1. Open the side menu by swiping from the left edge of the screen to the right. You can also tap on the “three dashes” in the upper left corner of the screen.

3. After opening a new screen in the application, a list of available objects will appear(if you haven’t created a template before, the list is empty).

7. After entering the user data, the Add button will be available. Just tap on this object to save and you will be immediately redirected to the main screen(different for each property).

3. To add a category, enter a name and tap on the “+ Add” button.

4. You will see the period: the current month and the previous 3 months

5. By default, the current month is available for data entry. If you want to change data for previous months, just click on the ellipsis icon to the right of the month name and select “Edit”.

6. You can enter the meter readings manually or attach a photo. Don’t forget to click ✓ at the end.

Adding Photo, Video, and Tenants

1. In order to upload photo and video files from your mobile device, you need to select the object you are interested in. Just use the tab “Files” and click on the file upload icon.

2. Next, select the photo or video files that are stored on your smartphone.

3. If there are already downloaded files, then the icon for downloading files will be available in the lower right corner of the screen.

1. To add a new tenant, open the side menu and select “Tenants”.

3. In the pop-up that appears, enter the name of the tenant and indicate the leased object

4. If a tenant is already assigned to a specific immovable, users will see a notification about this. You must agree to untie the former data. If you confirm, the previous tenant will be moved to the “Past” tab. Users can see such information on the list of tenants, a new one will be assigned.

1. To create reminders, select a property and open the “Reminders” tab.

2. Just tap on the typing field and select the date and time you want to send the notification. Select notification type

3. If you no longer want to receive notifications, just click in the reminder on the button Deactivate
